🕒 Check-in & Check-out • Check-in from 3:00 PM • Check-out by 10:00 AM • Early check-in or late check-out only by prior arrangement

🚭 Smoking • Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire apartment

🐾 Pets • Pets are unfortunately not permitted

🎉 Events & Guests • Parties and events are not allowed • Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted • Maximum occupancy must be strictly observed 🔊 Quiet Hours • Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM • Consideration for neighbours is expected at all times

🏠 General • Please treat the apartment and its inventory with care

• Please leave the apartment in the condition in which you found it
